Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital products delivered electronically. No physical products will be shipped.

Access & Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased digital product through the delivery method specified at checkout.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

All digital products, templates, guides, files, graphics, text, and branding on this website and within our products are owned by EchoVision Digital and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it under the terms below; it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original content to you.

License & Permitted Use

Except where a product is expressly sold with resell rights — see Products Sold With Resell Rights below — the terms in this section apply to every product purchased from EchoVision Digital.

When you purchase a product from EchoVision Digital, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased materials for your own personal and professional purposes.

You may:

• Download and save the purchased files for your own use.
• Use the templates, guides, checklists, and resources to create and improve your own work.
• Edit, customize, and adapt the materials to suit your individual needs.
• Use the materials for your personal career, job search, business, or professional activities, where applicable.
• Keep and access your purchased files for as long as you need them, subject to the product terms.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially distribute the original files.
• Share the purchased files with friends, colleagues, clients, groups, communities, or other third parties.
• Upload the files to websites, marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, cloud folders, or other public or private distribution channels.
• Give away, transfer, or sell the original templates, guides, or resources as standalone products.
• Copy, reproduce, or republish EchoVision’s original content as your own.
• Use our products to create a competing product or resource for resale or distribution.

For Business or Professional Use

You may use the purchased resources as part of your own professional work, including customizing templates for your own applications, career activities, or business needs. However, the original EchoVision files themselves may not be handed over, resold, shared, or transferred to clients or other third parties.

Your purchase gives you the right to use the resources—not ownership of EchoVision’s original content or intellectual property.

Products Sold With Resell Rights

Some products are expressly sold with resell rights. Where a product page states that resell rights are included, the terms in this section apply to that product instead of the resale restrictions above. All other sections of these Terms continue to apply.

2500+ Luxury Travel & Nature Reels

This collection is sold with resell rights. In addition to using the reels in your own content and on your own social media accounts and websites, you may resell the collection to your own customers.

The following limits apply in every case:

• Copyright and ownership of the content are not transferred to you. You receive a licence to use and resell the collection, not ownership of it.
• Your rights are non-exclusive. The same collection is sold to other customers.
• You may not present yourself as the original creator or copyright owner of the content.
• EchoVision Digital’s branding, product pages, and marketing materials are not included and may not be reused.
• Reselling does not transfer any right to use the EchoVision Digital name or trade marks.

If you are unsure whether a particular use is permitted, please contact us before proceeding.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific results, income, career, business, or other outcomes from using our products. Results can depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

EchoVision Digital shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing from this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
