Digital Products
All products sold on this website are digital products delivered electronically. No physical products will be shipped.
Access & Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased digital product through the delivery method specified at checkout.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
All reels, videos, images, graphics, text, and branding on this website and within our products are owned by Echovision Digital and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it under the terms below; it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original content to you.
License & Permitted Use
When you purchase a product, Echovision Digital grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license. You may:
- Use the reels on your own social media accounts, websites, and content, including for commercial and business purposes such as promoting your own brand, products, or services.
- Edit, trim, or add your own branding, captions, or audio to the reels for use in your own content.
- Use the content across platforms and posts, with no time limit.
- If you operate as an agency, freelancer, or service provider, use the reels within content you create and publish on social media accounts or websites you manage for your clients. The reel files themselves must not be handed over, sold, or transferred to your clients or any third party.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, gift, sub-license, rent, lease, or transfer the files, the bundle, or any individual reel to any other person.
- Sell or distribute the content as your own digital product, template, stock footage, or as part of another bundle or pack.
- Upload the files to stock-media sites, file-sharing services, public download links, or torrents, or otherwise make them downloadable by others.
- Claim authorship, ownership, or copyright of the original content.
- Use the content for any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing purpose.
- Remove or alter any ownership or copyright notices included with the product.
Each license covers a single buyer (one person or one business) per purchase. If you breach these terms, your license is automatically revoked, and Echovision Digital reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific results, income, audience growth, social media growth, business success, or other outcomes from using our products.
Limitation of Liability
Echovision Digital shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
